Art Activities

The Musical Seed Project is designed for Primary 1 and 2 students, allowing them to explore a variety of instruments. Through themes that connect musicians and stories, students engage in entertaining musical activities. The project aims to help these young learners discover their interest and potential in playing musical instruments during their early learning stage, thereby laying a preparatory foundation for deeper music learning in the future.

To cultivate musical education, we provide musical instrument learning opportunities for students. This year, we invite two professional musicians to teach our primary one students to play the ocarina and harmonica. If students are found talented in playing the musical instrument, they will be promoted to an advanced class to further develop their potentials.

Our school currently has two small music ensembles – a wind band and a string ensemble, providing training for students who are interested in playing the instruments. Through individual and ensemble practices, students can develop their skills in playing the musical instruments as well as their abilities to collaborate with others.

Every Tuesday afternoon, during the enrichment session, the students responsible for “Chair Painting” eagerly make their way to the rooftop garden. They are excited to breathe new life into old chairs through their creative painting, giving those old chairs a fresh and vibrant appearance.

ICAC “Youth Integrity Fest” Programme : Recycled CD Art Installation

Students transform the recycled CDs into art pieces depicting a shining sun, with an integrity message. The programme not only aims to strengthen environmental awareness; but also to pass on the values of probity (integrity and honesty).
