Monthly Birthday Celebration at School | Snapshot at Ta Tung

This is not just a celebration, but a moment to connect with one another through love.

Our school hosts a monthly birthday party to celebrate the students' birthdays for that month. Birthday students are encouraged to dress nicely for school and join the festivities especially for them.

We understand that, due to various circumstances, some students may not have the opportunity to celebrate their birthdays with their families. That’s perfectly okay – we are here for them. Through our birthday party, we hope to convey the message that the school values them and that Ta Tung School is also their home.

A Heartfelt Birthday Celebration

We have an exclusive slogan for the birthday party : "You are VIP – Very Important Person". We believe that every student is unique and important. Hence, at the beginning of the party, everyone had the opportunity to introduce themselves. They were delighted to share their hobbies, strengths and favourites. Some even shared their interesting experiences. This exchange fostered confidence and bonding in a delightful and relaxing atmosphere.

Next came the game time, which brought the most exciting and joyful moments. Students actively engaged in the games, trying their best to complete the tasks in various ways. They truly had a great deal of fun!

One of the most impressive highlights was the “Birthday Song” moment. With students from different countries, we sang the birthday song in multiple languages, including Cantonese, Putonghua, English, and even Urdu. The singing, accompanied by blessings and laughter, melted the hearts of everyone present.

Finally, we enjoyed food sharing time. In addition to the delicious snacks and drinks prepared by the school, students were encouraged to bring their own favourites to share with others. We gathered together, sharing our food, expressing our care for one another, and feeling the love that bound us together.
